Staying Present invites you to learn about the science of mindfulness, as well as engage in an optional guided practice that changes each session. No previous mindfulness experience or existing practice required.

Pleasure is often left out of conversations around sexual health and healing from sexual trauma, and this workshop aims to change that. By examining our own ideas around pleasure, working through scenarios, and learning about key concept when it comes to consent, we'll work through what it means to feel good.

When we take a moment to nonjudgmentally observe sensations, it can help us find a grounded calm awareness. Body scans can help reduce stress, improve focus, and promote self-compassion.
